Refund policy

Every item is carefully quality checked and packaged, before it is shipped to you. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the product, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchange. We do however replace depending on situation.  

Any order queries must be raised within the first 14 days after the order date- after this time your order will be closed and we cannot take any further action.
